ORDER

In view of the limited prayer sought for owing to the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has given a representation seeking police protection to the first respondent and fourth respondent dated 17.11.2017 and 04.12.2017 respectively. In this background, the petitioner is directed to approach the first respondent, seeking necessary police protection and on such representation being made, the fourth respondent shall consider it on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of such representation. Such an exercise shall be completed after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, as well as the respondents 5 and 6. The parties are at liberty to establish their rights by adducing documents in their support. With these observations this Criminal Original petition is ordered accordingly.
