The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2018 and to take appropriate departmental action against the respondents 7 to 18.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official respondents.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents 1 to 5 on 03.03.2018 seeking to take action against the respondents 7 to 18. According to him, the said representation has not yet been considered. Hence, this writ petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the Official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official respondents referring to the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent dated 27.06.2019 would submit that the 2/6
representation of the writ petitioner has already been considered by the Department and disciplinary action has already been taken against the erred respondents 7 to 17. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 6.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
