ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 26.12.2014 for rectifying the mistake crept in FM Sketch relating to Survey No.307/2 of Belagondapalli Village, Dhenkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. According to the petitioner, the extent of his property have been correctly shown in all the revenue records and mistake is crept in Full Map Book sketch alone. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the authority for effecting correction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the FM sketch. The said representation is pending before the respondents.

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
