(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to make allegation of dues by the fifth respondent towards the electricity to the department, which is disputed by the learned counsel present before us on behalf of the fifth respondent. Be that as it may, it is for the department to recover any dues.

2.The aforesaid cannot be a subject matter of public interest litigation merely because the petitioner is a political activist.

3.Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
