This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that during enquiry, it was found that the petitioner's car has been seized by M/s.TVS Credit Services Ltd. as there was default in payment of the hire purchase amount.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 23.07.2016 given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
