ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner's lorry bearing Reg.No.TN 04 C 7295, without any valid licence, has transported sand illegally on 05.05.2019 and the presenting petition is filed seeking for Anticipatory Bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Advocate) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is in the habit of transporting sand illegally and previous case is also pending against the petitioner.
3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail and at that time, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
