ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register the case on the petitioner's Complaint dated 02.11.2015, investigate the same and to file final report in accordance with law within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.No.13492 of 2015 and a direction was given to the Inspector of Police, Central Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Branch to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2015 and to take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. Since, no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed by adding all the counter petitioners for the same relief.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order dated 04.06.2015 given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13492 of 2015, enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed and closure report was also served on them. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be given to the CBCID to conduct investigation.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, in my considered opinion, the question of giving such a direction does not arise in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., if she is so aggrieved.
