O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.10.2015.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner namely Vaithiyanadhan received a loan amount of Rs.20,000/- from one Prabhu and Selvi in the year 2013. At that time, the above said persons have received blank cheques with signature of the petitioner's husband along with two signed blank pro-note papers. Even though the petitioner's husband paid loan amount along with interest to the above said persons, , they have not returned the said cheques and pro-note papers. Further, the husband of the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the above said persons for getting Government Job. The petitioner's husband continuously demanded to above said persons for repayment of Rs.3,00,000/- along with the above said signed cheques and pro note papers. On 26.10.
2015, the above said persons along with unknown persons have entered into the petitioner's house illegally, abused the petitioner in filthy language and threatened her with dire consequence and also attacked the petitioner with the slipper. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police. On receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.533 of 2015 has been assigned. But, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3.I heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.533 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry. 5.In view of the submissions made by the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.10.2015 in C.S.R.No.533 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
