This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above appeal.
2.The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 1st respondent is dispensed with.
3.Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 2nd respondent and perused the records.
5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 8 days is condoned.
6.Registry shall print the name of Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy as the counsel for 2nd respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
