ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 24.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.30986 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and giving personal opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order dated 20.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 20.06.2025 before this Court along with the affidavit filed by the respondent.
