This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.274 of 2016 and the same has been closed. It is seen that this petitioner had used credit card of HDFC Bank. While so, the agents came to collect the money, at that time it is alleged by the petitioner that his wife was making juice and out of anxiety, she got injury in the juice machine. It is the duty of the borrower to make payment, whenever it is due and just because the amount was demanded, a police case cannot be registered against the opposite party.
