ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 28.03.2025, wherein, the petitioners are seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1, 3, 4, 8 and 10 and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 2, 5, 7 and 9. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the report that has already been submitted by the Sub Collector, Hosur, dated 31.12.2024, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 28.03.2025 and pass necessary orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
