ORDER
Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to issue Annexure-1 Service Certificate 2026 of the Notification No 01/2026 dated 13.02.2026 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board for the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test For Working Teachers, to the petitioner stating that the Joining Date of the petitioner as Tamil Pandit was on 26.09.2012 with EMIS ID No.10114249 and IFHRMS No 43030793342.
3. It is stated that the petitioner completed B.Lit (Tamil) and M.A. (Tamil) and M.Phil and B.Ed and was appointed as Tamil Pandit by the 3rd 2/6
respondent School on 07.11.2011. Pursuant to selection conducted by the 3rd respondent School Committee, she participated and appointed to the post of Tamil Pandit vide appointment order dated 26.09.2012 by the 3rd respondent. While so, all of a sudden, she was terminated from service. Subsequently, she has approached this Court by way of several petitions and this Court vide order dated 16.03.2023 had granted status quo in two C.M.P.s viz., C.M.P. Nos.5829 and 5831 of 2023 in W.A. No.600 of 2023. It is the contention of the petitioner that for the reasons best known, the respondents with ulterior motive have not given effect to the said status quo order and thereby her salary payments were withheld. It is the case of the petitioner that till date, the respondents have not issued any proceedings for the said termination.
In the meanwhile, the Teachers Recruitment Board had on 13.02.2026 issued Notification No.01 of 2026, calling for applications for appointment of Teachers and she had also applied for the said Test. The last date for submitting the application is 10.04.2026. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are refusing to issue Service Certificate 2026 (Annexure - 1) as per the said Notification, which is mandatory for the TET examination. In such circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court in a hurried manner, by filing this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the requisite certificate viz., 3/6
Experience Certificate had already been issued to the petitioner and there is no legal impediment to submit the same before the time slot viz., today before 5.00 p.m., by the petitioner by way of uploading. She further submitted that the petitioner is entitled to participate in the said examination.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, this Court permits the petitioner to submit the application along with the requisite certificates in the web portal of Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test before 5.00 p.m., today.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.04.2026 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order / Non-speaking order vsi2 N ote :
