ORDER
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents, their men, agents, subordinates and servants from in any manner interfering with the running of the Ayurvedic Clinic in the name and style of Vinay Ayur Clinic at Door No.35, Aurovil Main Road, Bharathi Nagar, Periya Mudaliar Chavadi, Kottakuppam, Villupuram District.
2. The petitioner is running Ayurvedic Clinic in the name and style of Vinay Ayur Clinic. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that at the time of filing the writ petition, there was an unnecessary interference caused by the respondent police and at that point of time, the petitioner was constrained https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to file the present writ petition. However, more than about 5 years lapsed. It is needless to state that the writ petitioner has to run Ayurvedic clinic in accordance with law and by following the Rules in force.
3. If the respondent/Police under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, gets any information in respect of any illegal activities or otherwise, the Police is empowered to conduct investigation and initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law and see to it that the Ayurvedic Clinic is being run in accordance with law.
4. In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required in this case and therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
