(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 506 (i) of IPC r/w. 67 of IT Act in Crime No.533 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
