O R D E R

Limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the complaint dated 04.06.2017.

2. Today, when the matter was called the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the allegations made in the complaint would attract the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Therefore, the Inspector of Police, (L & O), K-8, Arumbakkam Police Station, Arumbakkam, Chennai- 600 106 is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2017 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
