The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1)(x) of the SC / ST Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider the bail application of the petitioners herein in respect of Crime No.466 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, on the same day of their surrender before the said Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before the said Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
