Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the District Munsif Court, Sholinghur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the

respondent herein as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.12 of 2015 for bare injunction. He further submitted that the revision petitioners/defendants had already filed a written statement. Hence, they prayed for early disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am of the view, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, District Munsif Court, Sholinghur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
