ORDER
The writ petition has been filed against the show cause notice, dated 08.05.2019. In the show cause notice, it had been stated that the services of the petitioner has not been regularized and therefore, promotion cannot be granted. It had further been stated that the petitioner can give an explanation for the queries raised in the show cause notice, within a period of seven days. The writ petition is not maintainable against the show cause notice. However, time is granted for the writ petitioner till 15.06.2019 to give an explanation to the show cause notice. Thereafter, the respondents are directed to proceed in accordance with the rules. Additionally, it is also brought to the notice of this Court, that the writ petition is not maintainable against the Co-operative Societies. Further, on that ground also, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
2. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
