The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.320 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Tuticorin. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife, who is admittedly a resident of Tuticorin.

2.Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would have no objection for the transfer being ordered as prayed for, since there are other proceedings pending on the file of the Family Court, Tuticorin launched by the wife. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel and considering the convenience of the wife, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.320 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
