Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode for eight days only since his wife is a physically challenged person and therefore, he was unable to comply with the remaining seven days. Hence, he prays that the conditions may be relaxed.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign for seven Sundays before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode, i.e.every Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

commencing from 12th June, 2016, and thereafter as and when required.
