ENGINEER, TNEB VELLORE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION CIRCLE, PANAPAKKAM, VELLORE DIST 631 052 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Direct the 3rd Respondent to consider and pass orders upon the grant of NOC to the water unit of the Petitioner within time frame during pendency of the above Writ Petition.2828/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAVI ANANTHA PADMANABAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.RITA CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the 1 & 2 Respondents and of MR.S.N.

for the 3rd Respondent and of MR.M.VARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the 4th Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 28.04.2018, directed the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.11.17 for granting No Objection Certificate to him, observing that the said orders is to be passed strictly on Merits and in accordance with law.

2.Though almost five months had lapsed, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his application within time frame. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration, the submission made, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.11.17 for granting No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
