For Petitioners in both the petitions : Mr.A.Selvendran For Respondents in both the petitions : Mr.S.Prabhu C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have made representation on 30.11.2012 and 25.06.2015 respectively seeking allotment of a plot in Plot Nos.298, 299 and 299A and 248 respectively in Thanthai Periyar Nagar and Annai Sathya Nagar in Thirumullaivoyal Village. Since no further orders have been passed, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Taking note of the pendency of the representations and without going into the merits of the representations, this Court is constrained to direct the petitioners to send another copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations dated 30.11.2012 and 25.06.2015 respectively enclosing the copy of this Order to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, 2nd respondent shall dispose of the representations of the petitioners, dated 30.11.2012 and 25.06.2015 respectively on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry by calling the petitioners as well as the third party if so required, and pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. These Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
