The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the S.C.No.260 of 2011 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee to any other competent court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of trial, the case in S.C.No.260 of 2011 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur is posted today for delivering judgment.

3. Since trial in S.C.No.260 of 2011 has already been completed before the the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur and the same is posted today for delivering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

judgment, at this stage, this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
