Being aggrieved over the inaction of the respondent in not processing the application made by the petitioner for issuing Passport to her daughter, she has come forward with the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the requirement sought for by the respondent including production of an affidavit signed before the concerned Tahsildar has been complied with, the respondent has not processed the application for issuance of passport.

3. The learned Central Government standing counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that if the petitioner has complied with all the requirements to the satisfaction of the respondent, her application would be processed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts of the case and without going into the merits of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to process the application of the petitioner made by her on 22.3.2014 and consider the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
