O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Judge, Coimbatore, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on their surrender before the court on the same day on merits and in accordance with law in connection with Crime No.795 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent. 2.

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC r/w section 3(1) (r) & 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Amendment Ordinance, 2014 seeks a direction to the learned District Judge, Coimbatore, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before the said Court in connection with Cr.No. 795 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned District Judge, Coimbatore, there shall be a direction to the learned District Judge, Coimbatore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

5. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
