Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent herein relating to the impugned order in Ref: KNL:LPG:RGGLVY (KEEZHAPALUR) dated 07.07.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for dealership in Serial No.TNJ/KZP/004 under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitarak (RGGLV) scheme without insisting upon any other technicalities.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the respondent dated 07.07.2016 rejecting the petitioner's representation on the ground of non-fulfilment of conditions in the notification.

2. Earlier, when the matter taken up for hearing, this Court directed the respondent to renotify the area for allotting LPG Dealership and renotify permitted the petitioner to participate in the notification. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent would submit that, they are ready and willing to renotify the area. However, due to the pendency of Writ Petition, they are not in a position to renotify the area for allotment of dealership.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, now the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the respondent to renotify the area for allotting LPG dealership and the petitioner is also permitted to participate in the notification. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
