ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a patta was wrongly issued in the name of the 5th & 6th respondents instead of petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.08.2023 to take necessary steps to issue patta in the name of the petitioner. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023, enquiry was conducted and the respondents are in the process of passing orders and the same will be passed within a period of four weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, since the enquiry was conducted, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
