In pursuant to the sale deed said to have executed in favour of the petitioner on 09.06.2014 for Plot No.429, Sai Balaji Nagar Part-II, Pallikarunai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District for an extent of 880 Sq.Ft, a request was made to subdivide the area and issue patta. As the representation has not been considered by the Respondent No.1, though made on 10.11.2014, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court is constrained to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as the third party if so required, and pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
