When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already served the sentence of imprisonment and hence, the revision petitioner does not want to contest these revisions and therefore, he is not pressing these revisions.
2. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the revision petitioner has already undergone the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Courts below, there is nothing survives for adjudication. More so over, the revision petitioner himself does not want to contest these revisions. Therefore, these Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as not pressed. 11.01.2023 ksa-2 3/4
