ORDER

The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 18.06.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur in Crl.MP.No.815 of 2021.

2. The Trial Court, vide order dated 18.06.2021, directed the petitioner/accused should appear and sign before the respondent/police daily at Morning 10.00 a.m., and Evening 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court regularly. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner may be relaxed.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he has no objection to modify the condition.

5. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by the trial court in its order dated 18.06.2021 stand unaltered.
