Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to bring the petitioners under the time scale with effect from 05.03.2001 onwards in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.199 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 12.08.1997 and consequential amendment issued in G.O.Ms.No.84, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 21.05.1998 and the judgment of the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court dated 23.06.2010 passed in W.A.Nos.385 and 47 of 2010 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

The petitioners having found that Government have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.199 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 12.08.1997 and G.O.Ms.No.84, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 21.05.1998 submitted a representation to regularise their service. However, there was no follow up action taken by the third respondent resulting in filing these writ petitions.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 25.09.2014 and 11.09.2014 respectively on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
