PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to set aside the order dated 07.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.8337 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai and consequently modify the condition No.[a] and [c] imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8337 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in the bail order.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 07.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.8337 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai and consequently modify the condition No.[a] and [c] imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8337 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in the bail order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is facing difficulties to appear before the second respondent police since he is undergoing treatment in Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, Chennai and he also produced the treatment documents before this Court. Hence, he seeks some modification.

3. In view of the above, the third condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.8337 of 2022 dated 07.06.2022 is modified. The petitioner shall appear before the K8, Arumbakkam Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
