This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to post or depute sufficient teachers at Punchayat Union Middle School in Sambasivapuram, Arcot Union of Ranipet District in line with G.O.Ms.No.231 dated 11.08.2010 of School Education Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
