The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to transfer S.C.No.42/2011 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Villupuram to the file of any other Sessions Court within the district or out of district.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that on completion of trial, now the matter is posted for arguments. At this juncture, they have filed the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
