Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport V) Department, dated 5.8.2010 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in R.No.22370/H1/2008 dated 17.6.2015 and to quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner. ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and A.Mohamed Mushtak, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and with the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and admitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that an identical prayer was considered by this Court in W.P.No.30630 to 30632 of 2015 and those writ petitions were disposed of by a common order dated 29.09.2015.
3. Therefore, following the said order, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date on which such representation is submitted. Till then, the order of status quo which is prevailing as on date, shall continue. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
