This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1&2 to forbearing the 5th respondent from erection of telecommunication microwave tower in the residential area at Plot No.9 of Manickam Avenue, Kasbapuram Revenue Village, Tambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent would submit that already telecommunication microwave tower has been installed in the year 2022.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 2/4

5th respondent, nothing remains for consideration in this writ petition for further adjudication.
