C.M.P.No.16594 of 2021 in A.S.No.113 of 2007 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

CMP No.16594 of 2021 is taken out by the legal representatives of the deceased fourth appellant to bring them on record as appellants 7 to 10.

2.In view of the fact that the fourth appellant Shanthi died on 15.01.2021 and the applications filed by her legal representatives, this application is allowed.

3.A memo has been filed in the appeal by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that the second respondent, who was minor at the time of filing the appeal and was represented by Court appointed guardian, has now attained majority and therefore, he should be declared as major and the court guardian may be discharged from the guardianship. VRI as major and the court guardian, Senior Counsel M/s.G.Thilagavathi is discharged from the guardianship.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and the appellant shall file clean amended copy of the memorandum of grounds within three days.
