O R D E R

These two revision petitions have been filed, against the orders, dated 28.03.2016 and 30.03.2016, seeking for a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee, for early disposal of the suits in O.S.Nos.220 of 2012 and 224 of 2015 respectively, relating to one and the same property.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. While the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2012 is for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction, the suit in O.S.No.224 of 2015 is one for a bare injunction.

4. Learned counsel for respondents inform that the actions in both the above suits are pending in respect of the same property before the Sub-Court,

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for petitioners submits that one other action in suit in O.S.No.99 of 1993 relating to the same property is also pending before the same Court.

6. Considering the nature of the actions and also the fact that the first action originated in the year 2005, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of both the suits in O.S.Nos.220 of 2012 and 224 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below may also consider trying together the other action in suit in O.S.No.99 of 1993 along with the above said two suits.

These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
