O R D E R

Claiming title to the property which is allegedly said to have been registered subsequently in favour of the respondents 4 to 6, the petitioner made representation to the 1st respondent on 28.07.2015. As the said request has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2015 in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
