This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent Police to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi, in Crl.M.P.No.9810 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 and register the complaint dated 25.12.2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the FIR has been registered in Crime No.342 of 2023 on 04.05.2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 355, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
