O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending before the second respondent in Crime No.452 of 2022 to some other agency.

2. The ground on which the transfer of investigation sought is that the investigation has not been done in a fair manner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the FIR has been registered only on 12.05.2022 and so far A1 to A3 have been arrested and that the investigation is under progress.

4. It is made clear that merely on the basis of some allegations, transfer of investigation cannot be ordered. Further, it is for the respondent police to conduct the investigation in a fair manner and file the report before the concerned Court.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
