This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8112 of 2023 on 18.04.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, E1, Mylapore Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
