This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6440 of 2023 on 27.03.2023.

2.The Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6440 of 2023 on 27.03.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6440 of 2023 on 27.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
