Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated vide Notice dated 08.06.2016 vide No.4762/AA3/2016 on my complaint dated 22.03.2016 to annul the fraudulent registration made through a Power of Attorney deed vide document No.553/1997 dated 15.07.1997 and a sale deed vide document No.3910/2005 dated 17.08.2005 before the 2nd respondent and restraining the 2nd respondent not to make further registration based on the said deeds till the completion of the enquiry.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated vide Notice dated 08.06.2016 on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2016 to annul the fraudulent registration made through a Power of Attorney deed dated 15.07.1997 and the sale deed vide dated 17.08.2005 before the 2nd respondent and restraining the 2nd respondent not to make further registration based on the said deeds till the completion of the enquiry.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing Mr. P.P. Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent had already passed an order on 23.03.2018 rejecting the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.03.2016 stating that the petitioner should approach only a Civil Court for getting appropriate remedy.

3. Since the 2nd respondent had already passed an order on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2016, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
