Considering the submissions made, this Court directs that in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 23.07.2025, the sentence "Hence, there shall be a direction to the Principal Secretary, Health and Food Safety Department to take a decision on the representation made by the farmers seeking for compensation" shall be replaced with "Hence, there shall be a direction to the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture/Horticulture to take a decision on the representation made by the farmers seeking for compensation." Similarly, the name of the petitioner's counsel in W.P.No.15492 of 2025 has been wrongly mentioned as Mr.Sankarasubbu instead of Ms.A.Pramila for Mr.P.Nethaji.
