Based upon the possession and alleging that similarly placed persons have been given Ryotwari Patta, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 18.03.2015. The nonconsideration of the same, has made the petitioner to approach this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
