Since the 3rd defendant in the suit had attained the age of majority and is in a position to participate in the proceedings in her own capacity, these applications have been filed to declare the 3rd defendant as major and to discharge the guardianship of the 1st defendant as a guardian of the 3rd defendant.

2. In view of the above circumstances, these applications are allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the plaint reflecting that D3 had attained the age of majority and discharge the guardianship of the 1st defendant. The learned counsel for the defendants to file a fresh vakalat on behalf of D3.

3. List the matter on 21.07.2025.
