(CRIME NO. 615 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.3186 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.1120 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ALEXANDER, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3186 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1120 of 2022 on 14.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders
