The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct inspection of the petitioner's college for granting approval from the respondents for taking D.Pharm and B.Pharm for the Academic Year 2019-2020.

2. The petitioner Institute earlier filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.11582 of 2019 to consider their application for getting approval from the respondents for taking D.Pharm and B.Pharm for the Academic Year 2019-2020, and the same was dismissed.

3. In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.11582 of 2019, this Court is of the view that, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained, since the AICTE has rejected the petitioner's application filed without the full fees prescribed within the time prescribed.

4. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
